The German-Canadian Care Home is a 134-bed complex care facility located in South Vancouver, BC, Canada. Our staff provide care services to elderly residents with complex physical needs including compassionate dementia care to 60 residents residing in our special care wing.
The German-Canadian Care Home has been in operation for over 40 years and has a long tradition of providing good care, being innovative and compassionate. Our strengths include many long-term, experienced staff members, an in-house rehabilitation department offering daily occupational therapy, physiotherapy and rehabilitation aide services and being one of the first long-term care facilities in BC to achieve the national Accreditation award.
