Family Council
Family members, friends and all resident representatives are encouraged to join the family council. The family council meets generally on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 7pm.
Participation in the family council is an excellent way to influence the decision making process on matters affecting the daily lives of residents. The council provides a forum for discussion and decision making on issues relating to or about all aspects of the residents daily lives, for group support, education and counseling for families and friends experiencing difficulties in coping with a loved one’s deteriorating mental or physical health status.
The meetings are organized by Rosemary Kustner, Director of Recreation and Volunteers who acts as a liaison between the council and facility management.

Resident Council
The resident council is open to all residents. The council offers a forum for residents to represent their interest and concerns. The council meets monthly and minutes of the meetings will be recorded and posted on the Resident bulletin board.
