The German-Canadian Care Home is for seniors who have care needs that cannot adequately be met at home. Our services include 24-hour professional nursing care, social work and pastoral care, rehabilitation and recreation services, meals, housekeeping and laundry.

Our Home is a licensed, 132-bed, complex care facility that includes a 60-bed special care unit. We have single rooms with a private washroom and double rooms with a shared washroom.

Rooms are furnished with a bed and night table, and residents may bring some furniture upon request. New residents are generally admitted to a double room until a single room becomes available.

Room rates are set by Vancouver Coastal Health and are income-based.
