Lillian Simon is an equity-focused healthcare leader with experience in clinical operations, system transformation, and community-based care. She currently serves as the Clinical Operations Manager in Home Health with Vancouver Coastal Health.
Her background highlights a focus on regional public health initiatives, community health procurements tailored to diverse population needs, and the optimization of client-centred care models. Lillian also brings a strong foundation in community-focused governance, having spent many years supporting early learning and childcare infrastructure as a board member for a regional non-profit organization.
Lillian holds a Master of Public Health from King’s College London and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of British Columbia.
