This data may be collected using the Feedback form on our “Family Resources” page (https://www.gcch.ca/services/family-resources/) or the Contact form on the “Send messages to your loved ones” page (https://www.gcch.ca/send-message/). Additionally, if you apply for a membership using the membership application form (https://www.gcch.ca/membership-application-form/) you will be asked to enter your address and phone number.
How we use personal data
Data collected on our site will only be used for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy. We will not use your data beyond what we disclose in this Privacy Policy.
The data we collect when the user enters information into the Feedback form on our “Family Resources”, our “Send messages to your loved ones”, as well as the “Membership Application Form” pages may be used for communication purposes only. These forms provide a user-friendly way to interact with the German-Canadian Care Home.

Employees
We may disclose user data to any member of our leadership team who reasonably needs access to user data to achieve the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
